Sign out

Wipes the local credentials file at ~/.log10x/credentials and reloads envs in-process. After sign-out, account-scoped tools fall back to the public read-only demo env until Sign in runs again. Local-only — does not revoke the API key on log10x.com (use console.log10x.com → Profile → API Settings for that). Mirrors gh auth logout and aws sso logout.
