Execute the 10x Engine locally on Nix/Win/OSX for development and testing of apps and modules. Use the Docker image to launch the engine within a local container.

This launcher employs the Cloud flavor.

Use-case:

Compiler apps can run locally to generate symbol libraries from both local files and remote repos.

Tester apps run different features of the 10x Engine on local input files for testing and validation.
